Self-rescues During Kite surfing

As we all know, kite boarding is a basically a risky and perilous sport, so it becomes necessary for the kite-surfer to learn all the techniques and tricks of security and Self-rescues. These techniques will guide you how to get rid of the difficult situations when you find not a single person around you who may rescue you immediately. Kite-surfers have to face lots of difficult situations so all of them should be skillful enough to secure their life in such situations. This will not only helpful for you but is also beneficial to other kite boarders and you can rescue them in different problematic situations.

Let us tell you one of the most important self-rescue techniques. Kite-surfers use this technique when they are caught up in any problem but their kite is still flying. When kite-surfers face this kind of situation they use kite’s power to get out of this situation. Doing this allows to pull themselves and their board to the shore. So if you are a kite-surfer and find yourself in such kind of situation, you should use this self-rescue technique to rescue yourself. With the use of this technique, you may go about sixty degrees downwind either to the left or right. This is why it is recommended that you should be in a suitable and reachable shore in the same direction in which you are going.

There are a lot of self-rescue techniques that can be used by the kite-surfers while kite surfing in troublesome situations. Now take a look at another technique, which is used when a kite-surfer finds him in a problem and his kite is positioned on the water and he is unable to launch it again. If you are in such a problem, then you are advised to wind all the lines in. But you have to do all this very carefully and make sure the kite may not launch again. You may use your kite as a sail for pulling yourself to shore with this technique, if you are using inflatable kite. It is needed that you should take kite bridle with your hands and should set it to work like a sail. Again, with the use of this technique, you may go about sixty degrees downwind either to the left or right. In case there is very little or no wind, you can hold your kite with only one hand and your board with other hand and swim towards the shore. If the fast wind is blowing in the direction opposite to the shore, it is recommended to pack the kite with, this, explained rescue technique.
