Double back roll trick
If you are just a beginner in kite surfing, then the double back roll trick is not for you, because it is one of the advanced and complex tricks of kite surfing. Only experienced and skillful kite boarders can perform this technique. A kite boarder can only perform the double back roll trick if he has full confidence in his capabilities and he feels that he is quite capable of controlling his kite in the air.
In this technique, the kite-surfers have to perform two complete back roll at one time, in just a single jump. According to this trick, the kite-surfer has to perform two 360 degrees turns in air as well as in land in the forward direction. Kite-surfers can perform this technique in both left and right side directions.
Now we would disclose you the concept of both the techniques the right side double back roll trick as well as the left side double back roll trick. First of all let us give you the introduction of right side double back roll technique. The kite-surfers while performing this technique, have to make two 360 rotations in the right direction. They are required to get sufficient speed and power so that they may be able to remain in air for enough time so that they can easily perform the roll. As the kite boarder gains proper speed, he jumps and rotates towards the right side. If you are performing this trick, make sure that your body is placed at almost 45 degrees to the perpendicular line with your kite and your board is also rotating in circle fashion.
You should attempt both 360 degrees rotations on same height from water level. You are needed to perform the second roll slightly lower than the first one. There is still another option for you. First try to learn a single back roll, after you get a good control on this trick, and then you can go ahead for the double back roll.
Now let us tell you about the left side double roll trick. This technique is quite same like the double back roll trick. The only difference in this technique is that you are required to make two 360 degrees turns in the left side not in right side. But, we recommend you to first master the right side double back roll, as it is comparatively much easier than the left side double roll.
